Earlier today in an effort to redeem myself, I tried to roast coffee on a pan again, and it turned out pretty well. However, I didn't like how uneven the roast was.

I think this was because of how we roasted the beans, and there are a bunch of better ways to do it. More specifically, I've read online that a popcorn machine actually works really well, and I want to try that out for myself.
